Assorted Sugar Flowers
These 18mm edible decorations come in an assortment of pretty colours.
These delightful Waterlily Sugar cake decorations are individually hand made using a hardened sugar paste which is cut, textured and formed to the finished shape, the edges of the petals are then dusted with food colour and finished with a coloured royal icing centre. They make great cupcake decorations, or they can be combined in a pattern to decorate a full sized cake.
Ingredients:
Potato starch; sugar; water; rice flour; emulsifier: E466; EGG albumen; colours: E102, E122, E129, E133.
