PME Garrett Frill Cutter

Use this PME Garrett Frill cutter to make frills for the sides of cakes or for embellishing dresses and other decorative items.

Can also be used for cutting circles and picot edged plaques.

This cutter is made from a plastic that is suitable for use with sugar paste that is going to be eaten.

For best results use with flower paste such as Squire’s Kitchen Sugar Florist Paste
