PME Piping Gel

PME piping gel in a secure hard wearing twist cap pot. You can tint piping gel blue to make it look like water, use in royal icing for stringwork, make a stained glass window effect, create transfers and even use it for filling in outlines.

It makes a great alternative to apricot glaze. Apply on fruit cakes to secure the marzipan layer to the cake or use to stick sugarpaste to cookies and gingerbread for quick decoration. A fun activity to do with the kids.
