Serrated Open Scallop Crimper

Press the crimper into sugarpaste or marizipan, gently squeeze to release, and repeat! Dip the tip in cornflower to stop the crimper sticking to the paste.

(First wrap an elastic band around the crimper to help control the distance the jaws pull apart)

The crimpers are designed to create patterns, emboss, decorate and enhance freshly rolled out or moulded sugarpaste and almond paste.
